Rebonding Foam Glue

It is glad to introduce our newly developed product JX-608,which is an eco-friendly glue for making rebonding foam.

It provides excellent sticking performance for making good quality of rebonding foam with 7-8% dosage,the curing is quick and demould time will be 2 hours with steam or 8 hours without steam. It’s TDI and MC free,it has passed both the latest passenger car VOC standard(GB/T 27630) and Limit of harmful substances of adhersives(GB 18583-2008) so we define it as an eco-friendly product.

As we know,when we produce conventional foam,we need to cut head,tail and top which comes to 10-15% of the foam and its total scale is huge,the old way was to deal with with a glue made of TDI and MC,however along with the improvement of environmental protection requirements globally,eco-friendly glue will be more and more needed by the market.
